All base ceramics products are handmade and may vary slightly in size, shape, and color as a result of the artisanal process involved in making each product. All dimensions are approximate; photographs are intended to accurately reflect the actual products’ finishes and details.
SHIPPING POLICY
All products are shipped from Brooklyn, New York via USPS. Shipping and handling charges are based on location and quantity of items purchased.
In-stock orders will be processed within 3 days after payment.
For made to order items, please allow 3-4 weeks production lead time.
If you need your order sooner, please contact us for additional expedited service.
RETURNS
If you’re not 100% happy with your product, base ceramics accepts returns within 15 days of you receiving it. The buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees and the product must be returned without wear or damage. Please contact us before shipping any product back to start the return process; base ceramics is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
